So I was locked out of my car at 11pm at night. I was freaking out and didn't know what to do. I called this guys and Jessica answered the phone, she was really polite and calmed me down. She told me that the service man will be there in about 20 minutes and he was. He unlocked my door in no time for an affordable price. Great service!
This company is great and I would use them any time I travel to California..but hopefully not too much (: I had rented a car for a bachelorette weekend, but like a dummy, I ended up locking myself out that night. Thank goodness they're 24 hours or else I would have been stranded. I got their recommendation from a friend and when I called, a polite lady answered the phone and got info on where I was so she could send somebody out. They got there quickly and got the job done with no issues. I'd recommend them because they're professional, helpful, and around when you need them. Give them a shot.
